What Does LifeAR Do
LifeAR is a universal augmented reality platform. The LifeAR app enables the user to scan any Target that is part of our growing database to see dynamic content (videos, images, 3D models and websites) appear.
What Can I scan
You can scan any Target that is part of the LifeAR database.
The Content Doesn't Load Or Loads Slowly
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and the target is clearly visible to the LifeAR app. It is recommended to save content that you use frequently to avoid WIFI slowdowns and cellular data charges. If the issue persists, please contact us.
My Content Keeps Flickering
WHY CAN'T I SAVE SOME TYPES OF FILES
LifeAR allows users to save most file formats. Some types (i.e. streaming videos or live videos) cannot be saved.
MY PHONE KEEPS SHOWING "THIS PHONE IS HAVING DIFFICULTY RUNNING LIFEAR. PLEASE REMOVE ANY UNNEEDED BACKGROUND PROCESSES."
If you see this message, please restart your device. If the problem persists, this may mean that LifeAR does not support your device. Some older devices cannot support LifeAR due to technical reasons.
Why Can't I Upload More COntent
Content items must be prepaid prior to uploading. If your balance in Add Content is zero (0) in a specific category, you will not be able to upload new content to that category. You need to go to Prepay for Content to make your prepayment to proceed uploading Content.
I Uploaded My Content, But Nothing Happens When I Scan It
Once your content is successfully uploaded to LifeAR, you should see it in your list of targets/content on the main content adding screen. This content will become available for scanning using the LifeAR app within 48 hours. In the event when there is an issue with the content, we will contact you within the same timeframe using your client’s contact information.
HOW CAN I VIEW THE STATISTICS FOR MY UPLOADED CONTENT
